Additional Job Description
Required Education/Skills/Work Experience:
Master’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology or related field with five (5) years progressive Microsoft 365 platform experience or Bachelor's degree with seven (7) years of progressive Microsoft 365 platform experience, preferably in a healthcare or academic environment.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills required: client relations and relationship building, fact finding with process documentation, written and verbal communications based on audience.
