Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical expertise around Office 365 messaging and collaboration offerings.
- Act as a technical expert and address issues related to systems integration and compatibility.
- Proactively monitor Office 365 and Azure to ensure proper function, security, and stability.
- Diagnose Office 365 and Azure-related issues and take corrective action.
- Extensive experience with large scale management of SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Exchange Online, AAD, Viva and Intune.
- Experience with Teams calling phone system, including setup, management of licensing, users, and hunt groups.
- Fluent with PowerShell scripting (Azure, Exchange Online, and Exchange OL Modules).
- Initiation, coordination and tracking or projects associated with Office 365/Azure.
- Document and maintain processes and procedures.
- Maintain accurate inventory of Microsoft subscriptions licenses.
- Govern license allocation and enforcement of cost budget and limits.
- Maintain Microsoft contract and preparation and completion of annual True-Up and Renewal
- Review and monitor system logs, troubleshoot, resolve, and escalate errors appropriately.
- Create end-user technical documentation and knowledge-based articles for distribution.
- Ensure end-user experience (performance, functionality, end-user profiling & personas).
- Drive and measure adoption Office Copilot across organization.
- Manage and optimize Proofpoint email filtering solution to ensure robust email security and compliance.
- Continuously guide organization in adoption of Office 365 solutions and enhancements as platform matures.
- Implement best practices to ensure optimal use of Office 365 and Azure services.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience and technical knowledge of Office 365 technologies.
- Proven experience with Microsoft 365 administration.
- Strong knowledge of Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 security and compliance tools.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Fluent with PowerShell scripting.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications preferred (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert).
- Experience with Proofpoint email filtering solutions is preferred.
