Research and evaluate new Microsoft 365 Copilot capabilities, including Copilot within SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, and the Office applications, and summarize findings, limitations, and recommended use cases. Write articles on new and emerging Copilot capabilities for the DRC, translating technical features into practical guidance for employees. Develop training and support documentation, quick reference guides, and agent guidance in partnership with the Copilot training and Copilot Champions teams. Assist with Copilot usage and adoption reporting and with analyzing employee feedback. Follow Coverys AI governance requirements, including the AI Acceptable Use Policy, when building and testing AI solutions, and handle sensitive data (such as PHI and PII) appropriately.

Serve as the AI Governance Administrator, owning the day‑to‑day workflow and records for the AI Governance intake process, including monitoring the inbox and queue, reviewing submissions for completeness, and routing requests to IT leads, risk reviewers, and approvers.
