ReNEW Schools seeks a passionate Microschool Founder in Muncie, Indiana, to lead the design and launch of a new IMC microschool. You will create a joyful, inclusive culture and manage daily operations while developing a high-performing team.

TheIndiana Microschool Collaborative (IMC)is growing — and we’re looking for passionate educators, community builders, and innovators tolaunch and lead new microschoolsacross Indiana.

IMC is a statewidepublic charter school networkdesigned to create schools every child loves. We believe learning should be joyful, connected, and deeply personal—where every student is known, supported, and celebrated.

As aMicroschool Founder, you’ll design and operate a small learning community—typically 40–120 students—that brings IMC’s four promises ofjoy, connection, growth,andsuccessto life.

Founders receive extensive support from IMC, including help with facilities, staffing, curriculum, compliance, and operations. During the planning year, founders participate in a design fellowship and work alongside peers to prepare for launch.
