ReNEW Schools is seeking a passionate Microschool Founder to launch and lead new microschools across Indiana. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for designing a joyful and inclusive learning environment for 40–120 students, promoting growth and success.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and launch of a new IMC microschool site.

• Implement competency-based learning and badge-based progress systems.
• Manage daily operations, scheduling, budgeting, and engagement.
