Job summary

ReNEW Schools is seeking a passionate Microschool Founder to launch and lead new microschools across Indiana. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for designing a joyful and inclusive learning environment for 40–120 students, promoting growth and success.

As a founder, you will receive extensive support, including a competitive salary, planning-year stipend, startup assistance, and coaching. You will collaborate with families and the community to create a thriving educational experience.

TheIndiana Microschool Collaborative (IMC)is growing — and we’re looking for passionate educators, community builders, and innovators tolaunch and lead new microschoolsacross Indiana.

IMC is a statewidepublic charter school networkdesigned to create schools every child loves. We believe learning should be joyful, connected, and deeply personal—where every student is known, supported, and celebrated.

As aMicroschool Founder, you’ll design and operate a small learning community—typically 40–120 students—that brings IMC’s four promises ofjoy, connection, growth,andsuccessto life.

Founders receive extensive support from IMC, including help with facilities, staffing, curriculum, compliance, and operations. During the planning year, founders participate in a design fellowship and work alongside peers to prepare for launch.
