Job summary

Visionary Integration Professionals (VIP) is seeking a MicroPact Versa Configuration Specialist to enhance their remote team. This position offers an annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $80,000, depending on experience. The role requires expertise in MicroPact Versa, with an emphasis on client-specific implementations in both commercial and government contexts. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills and a background in agile methodologies, working effectively with various stakeholders to develop regulatory solutions.

2-5 years experience in configuration/design of regulatory/licensing COTS solutions.
Experience with MicroPact Versa implementations.

Configure and develop MicroPact Versa solutions for clients.
Collaborate with business groups to define requirements and refine backlogs.

Required Skillsets:

Has MicroPact Versa Regulatory technical/configuration/development experience
Has worked with MicroPact Versa with a number of clients (actual implementations)
Has about 2-5 years experience working in the commercial or government space doing configuration/design of regulatory/licensing COTS solutions
Has experiencing working with agile/scrum based configuration sprints/backlog refinement
Is a great communicator and has worked with business groups to define requirements/backlog refinement
Has a SCRUM certification (desirable)
Has big 4/5 experience (desirable)

The compensation for this position is $70,000 to $80,000 per year depending on experience and qualifications. Employees are also eligible for performance-based bonus/ to participate in a performance-based incentive plan. This position is eligible for a benefits package including; medical, dental, vision, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, 7 paid holidays and PTO.
