The ideal candidate will have 3-7+ years of experience in control firmware implementation, a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields, and strong collaboration skills. This role supports regulatory compliance and ensures safe operation under all conditions, making critical contributions to renewable energy and automation projects.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of experience in control firmware implementation for PCS, inverters, or unit controllers.
• Strong understanding of inverter-based resource behavior and utility grid codes.
• Familiarity with dynamic simulation and validation tools.

Responsibilities

• Implement unit-level control logic for PCS, BESS, generators, and auxiliary systems.
• Develop shutdown, fault handling, and recovery sequences.
• Validate control firmware through simulation and testing.
• Document control logic and configuration parameters.
