Description:

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team! As an IT Recruiter at our company, you will be responsible for finding, sourcing, attracting, and hiring talent with the goal to fulfill the company’s hiring needs.

As acquiring talented people is getting harder, your position will play a crucial role for our company to stay competitive in the market.

Recruiter Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Develop recruitment goals and objectives
  2. Develop sustainable recruiting strategy based on our goals and needs
  3. Source passive candidates
  4. Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates
  5. Search resume databases for the most fit candidates
  6. Communicate with Hiring Managers
  7. Determine the effectiveness and success of current recruiting plans and strategies
  8. Write and proofread job descriptions
  9. Recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
  10. Build talent networks to find qualified active and passive candidates
  11. Use a multi-channel approach to recruit
  12. Evaluate which sources bring the best candidates
  13. Identify key recruiting KPIs
  14. Plan and implement a Recruitment Marketing and Employer Branding strategy to attract high-quality applicants
  15. Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements
  16. Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes
  17. Schedule interviews with the tech panel
  18. Prepare a report on a weekly basis for the tasks completed or in progress.

Type: Part-time/Contract
Work Type: 100% remote (anywhere in India)
Recruiter Requirements and Qualifications:

  1. A bachelor’s degree or human resources degree.
  2. A good understanding of technology and technical skills.
  3. Experience in recruitment processes and platforms.
  4. Good interpersonal and decision-making skills.

Job Types: Part-time, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance

Pay: ₹10,051.00 – ₹42,171.00 per month
