Job summary

SpaceX in Redmond, WA is seeking a Production Scheduler for the Microelectronics team to develop and manage tactical and strategic schedules to meet manufacturing targets and optimize throughput.

The ideal candidate has strong data analytics and manufacturing operations experience and can collaborate across teams to identify constraints, improve scheduling processes, and support cross-site shipments. This role includes extended hours and a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of professional manufacturing scheduling experience.
• 4+ years of production management, integrated operations, or complex project ownership experience.
• 2+ years of professional manufacturing scheduling or coordinating experience.
• 2+ years of experience using ERP/MRP systems in a production environment.
• Ability to build broad cross-functional relationships and communicate clearly.
• Experience creating dashboards using data visualization tools (PowerBI) and data analysis tools (Excel, VBA, Python, SQL).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, maintain, communicate, and present critical path schedules and narratives to stakeholders.
• Propose and drive solutions to overcome shortages and blockers.
• Provide proactive schedule coordination across internal teams to ensure schedules reflect reality.
• Devise, maintain, and improve scheduling tools and processes to identify constraints.
• Drive strategic corrective actions for part shortages with production and supply chain.
• Support logistics actions for cross-site satellite shipments.
