The Northrop Grumman Microelectronics Center (NGMC) of Northrop Grumman Mission Systems is seeking an exceptionally talented, motivated, and creative Microelectronics Layout & Process Design Kit (PDK) Engineer for our Space Park Foundry Lab (SPF) located in Manhattan Beach, California. The SPF supports a range of compound microelectronic devices (Gallium Arsenide, Gallium Nitride, Silicon Carbide, Indium Phosphide) and provides leading‑edge technology development in microelectronics. Our devices enable several of Northrop Grumman’s ground‑based radars, avionic radars, and space systems. Primary Level Salary Range: $91,800.00 - $137,600.00. This range is a general guideline; factors such as scope, responsibilities, experience, education, skills, and market conditions influence the final offer. Eligible employees may receive overtime, shift differential, discretionary bonuses, long‑term incentives, and other benefits.
