Nalley Consulting is seeking an All Source Analyst (Mid) focused on Microelectronics, based in McLean, VA, to support defense programs with all-source analytic production and strategic assessments.

The role requires a TS/SCI clearance with a CI polygraph within the last seven years, a bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience or 7+ years without a degree, and a proven ability to deliver high-quality briefings for senior policymakers.

Qualifications

As a defense industries all-source analyst, you use your specialized functional experience and your attention to detail to conduct all-source analytic production on foreign defense industrial programs, infrastructure, and capabilities supporting a foreign country's ability to develop, equip, sustain, and employ its military forces across basic, strategic, and military industrial sectors. You'll produce strategic-level assessments and products that address the research, development, acquisition, test, evaluation and production of foreign weapon systems and equipment.

Required qualifications:

• Knowledge of IC and Combatant Command environments * Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and formal or informal briefings * Active TS/SCI clearance * Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in all-source analysis, or 7+ years of experience in all-source analysis in lieu of a degree
• 3+ years of experience with defense industries analysis such as industrial organization, production processes, foreign weapon systems and equipment, and their associated facilities and output levels.
• Knowledge of ICD 203/206 analytic tradecraft standards
• Knowledge of the CENTCOM AOR
• Knowledge of Microelectronics.
