Controlled Contamination Services is seeking a Micro-cleaner to diligently clean cleanrooms, controlled environments, and GMP laboratories. The role requires following strict procedures, maintaining accurate documentation, and adhering to cGMP standards.

You will participate in ongoing safety and skills training and may train others as needed to sustain high-quality cleaning standards in sensitive environments.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1 year related experience and/or training preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Perform cleaning operations in cleanroom, controlled environment and GMP laboratory spaces following strict guidelines.
• Participate in cGMP training, safety and performance improvement programs.
• Maintain documentation per Good Manufacturing Practices and SOPs.
• Micro-clean all surfaces including ceilings, walls, equipment and floors.
• Follow customer SOPs with precision and document accordingly.
• Identify deviations in cleaning and participate in corrective/preventive actions.
• Assist in cross-training other personnel.

POSITION PURPOSE:

The Micro-cleaner is a critical role in the company which ensures the proper cleaning of the cleanroom, controlled environment and GMP laboratory environments.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform cleaning operations under strict guidelines. Continually monitor the cleanroom cleaning procedures to ensuring all cleanings are completed promptly and correctly.
• Responsible for participating in continuous training: cGMP training, technical skills, safety, performance improvement.
• Normal responsibilities include detail document control (using Good Manufacturing Practices).
• Normal duties include but are not limited to micro-cleaning all surfaces within the controlled environment including ceilings, walls, equipment and floors.
• The ability to follow customer standard operating procedures in precise detail including documentation.
• Identify deviations in cleaning and follow through on corrective and preventative actions (variances).
• Review change to cGMP documentation and re-train.
• Assist in the cross training of other Controlled Contamination Services personnel.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to effectivelypresent information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
• All other duties as defined by supervisor.

PRIMARY RESULTS ACCOUNTABLE FOR ACHIEVING:

Other more specific results will be assigned and measured.

• Must become familiar with cleaning chemical components and safety requirements.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Qualifications

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
