Job summary

Clinical Pathology Laboratories, Inc. in Austin, TX seeks a medical technologist to perform high complexity testing and report results. You will work in a fast-paced lab, ensuring accuracy and patient safety while maintaining strict PHI privacy and quality controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology; or BS in Chemical, Biological, or Physical Science with 1 year MT training
• 1 year of laboratory training or experience performing high complexity testing
• Certification by the ASCP or equivalent
• Strong reading, writing, and analytical skills

Responsibilities

• Perform a vital part of the patient care process through moderate and high complexity testing
• Analyze, review, and report testing results
• Recognize when corrective action is needed and implement effective solutions
