Job summary

NAMSA in Marietta, GA seeks a Lab Associate to support routine test article preparation and testing under NAMSA SOPs. You will collect data, verify equipment, and respond to alarms as needed in a GLP/GMP environment.

Responsibilities include environmental monitoring, cleanroom maintenance, and performing assigned tests with precision while upholding regulatory guidelines. This role offers opportunities to contribute to essential medical device development activities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years of experience, or a Bachelor degree with no experience.
• Sound judgment with effective decision making skills.
• Awareness of applicable guidelines and regulations including, but not limited to USP, ISO, CTFA, FSA.
• Knowledge of metric system, NAMSA GLP and/or GMP testing.
• Ability to work in GLP/GMP environment.

Responsibilities

• May perform routine test article/product preparation and execute routine testing per NAMSA SOPs and work instructions.
• Accurately collects and records raw data in logbooks and on worksheets.
• May be responsible for checking laboratory equipment, being on-call and respond to continuous monitoring alarms as applicable.
• May be required to perform required specific testing as applicable.
• May be required to operate specified laboratory equipment.
• May perform Environmental Monitoring, clean and disinfect cleanroom suites (required as applicable).
• Other duties as assigned.
