Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Microbiology or a related discipline with 10+ years of experience.
- PhD preferred with experience in regulated life-sciences fields.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive microbiology strategy for innovation and product development from concept to lifecycle.
- Provide strategic scientific leadership across a portfolio of programs with priorities, milestones, budgets, and governance.
- Create and maintain a roadmap of microbiology capabilities aligned with business strategy.
- Lead evaluation and qualification of new antimicrobial technologies and test methods.
- Ensure development aligns with regulatory, quality, manufacturability and business requirements.
- Represent microbiology in portfolio governance and senior leadership reviews.
