Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or higher with related experience, or an Associate/Bachelor’s degree.
• Ability to work in a clean room environment.
• Strong organizational and written/verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with GMPs and basic office software; MS Outlook/Excel.

Responsibilities

• Perform sample management duties including labeling, shipment prep, and inventory.
• Receive and log samples; ensure proper chain-of-custody.
• Match paperwork to samples and report discrepancies.
• Handle hazardous materials safely per SOPs and cGMP.
• Support QC staff with documentation and equipment maintenance.
