Job summary

Novo Nordisk A/S is hiring a Quality Control Technician for the Microbiology QC lab at our West Lebanon, NH site. This onsite role supports day-to-day testing operations, prepares spaces, performs sampling, and maintains equipment while adhering to cGMPs, SOPs, and quality documentation standards.

Prior GMP or life sciences exposure is preferred. The position reports to the QC Supervisor and requires a detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational and documentation skills in a regulated

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required
• Associates Degree preferred
• 3 years of relevant work experience required
• Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology or other regulated industry experience preferred
• Good written and verbal communication and documentation practices

Responsibilities

• Performs routine QC support activities (e.g. housekeeping, sanitizations, glassware cleaning, sample receipt)
• Performs sampling with minimal support
• Supports low complexity tasks (e.g. Spectroscopy, Bioburden Testing, Incoming Inspection of Consumables)
• Performs routine equipment maintenance with support
• Identifies deviations and may support investigations
• Documents and archives work per Good Documentation Practice
• Complies with cGMPs and quality regulations
• Follows SOPs and Novo Nordisk Way
