Novo Nordisk is seeking an onsite Microbiology QC support role at our West Lebanon, NH bioproduction facility. The position focuses on routine QC activities, sample handling, and maintaining compliant documentation in a GMP/GLP setting.

You will join the Microbiology QC team on a first shift (Sunday through Thursday). Prior experience in a regulated life sciences environment is preferred but not required, with strong attention to detail and teamwork essential for success.

Qualifications

• Strong ability to follow written instructions and SOPs.
• Excellent organization, time management and documentation skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Basic computer skills including email, MS Word, and database use.
• Knowledge of lab or manufacturing operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports routine QC activities such as housekeeping, sanitizations, glassware cleaning and sample receipt.
• Performs sampling with minimal supervision.
• Assists low complexity tasks like spectroscopy and bioburden testing.
• Maintains routine equipment and documents work per Good Documentation Practice.
• Identifies deviations and supports investigations and compliant reporting.
• Follows cGMPs and quality regulations in all activities.
