Job summary

Qualifications

• Must lead day-to-day microbiology lab operations under GMP.
• Develop schedules, resource plans and assign personnel.
• Ensure timely testing, data integrity and compliance.
• Coach and develop staff, manage training and QA records.

Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize daily microbiology lab operations to ensure timely execution of testing.
• Monitor laboratory workload, sample inventory and capacity to ensure efficient use of resources.
• Ensure completion of testing activities in accordance with procedures and GMP requirements.
• Author, investigate, and support closure of deviations, investigations, CAPAs, and change controls.
• Support internal/external audits, regulatory inspections, and client audits.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to microbiology personnel.
