Job summary

Clinical Pathology Laboratories, Inc. in Austin, TX, is hiring for a full-time laboratory professional on the 3rd shift. You will perform moderate complexity testing as part of patient care and maintain safety, accuracy, and compliance in a fast-paced lab.

The role requires an associate’s degree, 1 year of high complexity testing experience, ASCP certification, and strong analytical skills. Opportunities for growth and competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in laboratory science or medical laboratory technology from an accredited institution.
• 1 year of laboratory training or experience performing high complexity testing.
• Certification from the American Society of Clinical Pathologists or equivalent.
• Strong reading, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to operate general laboratory equipment including telephones, computers, automated analyzers, centrifuges, microscopes, pipettes, and alarms.

In This Role, You Will

All You Need Is

• At minimum an associate's degree in laboratory science or medical laboratory technology from an accredited institution

• Certification from the American Society of Clinical Pathologists or equivalent
• Strong reading, writing, and analytical skills
• Ability to operate general laboratory equipment, including but not limited to: telephones, computers, automated analyzers, centrifuges, microscopes, manual and automated pipettes, and audible alarms
