Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in microbiological testing.
• Experience with hygienic sampling and plating required.
• Familiarity with ISO standards and auditing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct finished product and raw material testing.
• Perform Gram-staining.
• Manage stocking of inventory, media, and reagents.
• Responsible for environmental monitoring and limited swabbing of equipment.
• Read plates and communicate results.
