Job summary

Downtown Evansville Inc. is hiring a Team Leader Lab Technical Medical Technologist to lead the Microbiology leadership team. This role involves ensuring technical quality, efficiency, and accuracy of laboratory work at Deaconess Hospital Midtown.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology and be a registered Medical Technologist with at least 3 years of experience in Microbiology. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

The position is full-time, on-site in Evansville, offering an hourly range of $33.50 to $50.25 USD.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Microbiology or clinical laboratory.
• Ability to stand and work on uncarpeted floors for significant portions of the shift.
• Experience in leadership positions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure technical quality and efficiency of work within the assigned section.
