• Diagnoses test deviations due to instrument malfunction and takes corrective actions.
• Performs quality control and assurance activities using statistical methods.
• Complies with accrediting bodies and regulatory standards and documents issues.
• Communicates test results, methodologies, and follow-up test recommendations.
