Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology or related science from an accredited college or university.
• Associate’s Degree with at least 2 years of lab experience.
• High School Diploma with at least 5 years of directly related laboratory experience.

Responsibilities

• Implements, maintains, and updates safe work environments and GMP practices.
• Maintains training certifications and expands training to meet team objectives.
• Performs analytical or microbial test methods to support product release.
• Accepts responsibility for data generated to support material release.
• Troubleshoots analytical techniques and instrument issues.
• Interprets experimental data for product/spec conformance.
• Proposes experimental design to determine root causes.
• Handles multiple lab techniques with minimal error under supervision.
• Collaborates with teams to meet broader business objectives.
