Job summary

Creative Food Ingredients is seeking a QA/ Microbiological Sampling Technician to ensure product safety and quality, meeting state, federal and local regulations and customer expectations. You will collect micro-samples daily, maintain specifications, and collaborate with 3rd party laboratories for testing and coding.

Daily interaction with operations, vendors and contractors is expected. Proficiency in using measuring tools and basic computer tasks will support testing accuracy and timely

• Perform micro-sample collection to meet customer requirements.
• Maintain customer specifications and documentation for testing.
• Interact daily with 3rd party laboratories for testing and coding.

Responsibilities

• Perform Micro-Sample collection to ensure daily samples are collected for microanalysis in a sanitary manner and meet customer requirements.
• Maintain Customer specifications and documentation to assure accurate testing is being conducted.
• Interact daily with 3rd party laboratories to assure proper testing and coding.
• Maintain retains inventory and perform any resampling.
• Daily interaction with all levels of the operation, vendors and contractors.
• All other reasonable work requests from supervisor or group leader.
• Able to work with measuring tools.
• Basic computer skills recommended.
