Job summary

Accu-Mold Corp is seeking a Micro Mold Production Supervisor to lead the micro molding operations on the designated shift. You will train, direct, and coach Production Workers, using IQMS and Kanban to meet customer requirements and on-time delivery.

You will collaborate with the Production Manager, Manufacturing Engineer, and Tool Room to drive continuous improvement, ensure quality, and maintain accurate data records for process control. The role emphasizes safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read specifications and use measurement tools for quality.
• Experience using quality systems in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and assign production tasks to meet on-time delivery.
• Train and supervise Production Workers on assigned shift.
• Maintain and follow work instructions; record data for quality control.
• Collaborate with Scheduling, Tool Room, and HR on issues and improvements.
• Ensure safety guidelines are followed and equipment is used properly.
