Job summary

Guckenheimer is seeking a delivery and front-of-house teammate to support our food service program. You will drive a delivery vehicle on a predetermined schedule, greet guests, maintain coffee stations, and keep service areas clean and stocked.

Ideal candidates have a valid California driver’s license, are at least 18, maintain a safe DMV record, and bring strong hospitality, reliability, and effective communication to a fast-paced environment.

Hourly Wage

The hourly pay range for this position is $24.00 per hour - $26.00 per hour.

Work Hours

The work hours for this position are Mon-Fri, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.

Key Purpose

• To drive a delivery vehicle for the purpose of delivering prepared foods from the production kitchen to various sites, following a predetermined schedule.
• Maintain the front of house area and coffee stations while keeping service areas clean and stocked with product.
• Merchandise products in an attractive manner to Guckenheimer standard. Greet guests, making them feel welcome.

Key Accountabilities

• Maintain product inventory to established levels.
• Maintain contracted coffee program.
• Recognize products; accurately restock and rotate products.
• Smile, greet, & serve customers, making them feel welcome.
• Complete necessary HACCP to ensure safe temperature control.
• Display merchandise in an attractive manner.
• Maintain all MK areas in a neat, clean, and attractive manner.
• Label and display signs for all items.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
• Must follow all safety rules and actively prevent accidents.
• Ensure that all MKs are restocked with adequate product throughout the day.

Physical Demands & Work Environment

• Work up to 8 hours a day on your feet, excluding breaks.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 25lbs.
• Come to work properly dressed according to the dress code.
• Employees must be able to work under pressure and time deadlines during peak periods.
