Headspace is currently seeking part-time, independently licensed contractor therapists to provide direct, virtual care as part of a multidisciplinary team. We are currently accepting applications from providers licensed in Michigan.
Contractor therapists are asked to offer a minimum of 5 sessions/week, with the flexibility to offer additional sessions when needed. More is always welcome depending on your schedule. Please note that due to care demand and member scheduling fluctuations, it could take a number of weeks to achieve a consistent schedule.
The pay rate ranges vary by state and currently starts at $75-$80 per session for the state of Michigan. Pay rates by state will be confirmed by recruiter during the interview process. Session length is 60 min for an intake and 45 min for a follow up appointment, with concurrent note-taking expected and included in the session rate. Session rates vary by individual and demand, and are determined based on a number of factors including location, licensure, experience, specializations and other relevant considerations.
All Headspace therapists must be licensed and reside in the US. Due to the nature of healthcare services provided to our customers, partners and members, all work must be provided in the U.S. Data, specifically personal health information may not be accessed, disclosed or used outside of the U.S.
