Responsibilities:
  • Provide patient care under the supervision of an RN or LPN.
  • Perform direct and indirect patient care tasks.
  • Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, hygiene, toileting, nutrition, feeding, hydration, ambulation, and positioning.
  • Proactively anticipate and address the needs of patients' families.
  • Modify and individualize care based on patient needs.
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to enhance patient care.
  • Support patient safety and satisfaction through regular rounds and effective communication, while delivering excellent customer service.
