Qualifications

• 2–4 years of supply planning experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• ERP experience (Kinaxis preferred).
• Understanding planning parameters, BOMs, and production planning concepts.
• Excellent communication and meeting facilitation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production plans and schedules for multiple manufacturing sites to support business objectives.
• Lead and facilitate cross-functional meetings, including S&OP, Operational Reviews, Consensus Meetings, and Business Reviews.
• Coordinate with Operations, Quality, Manufacturing, and Material Planning teams to align production priorities and resolve scheduling challenges.
• Analyze production performance, identify planning issues, and implement solutions to improve workflow and manufacturing efficiency.
• Prepare executive-level reports, dashboards, and PowerPoint presentations while escalating critical supply chain risks and constraints when necessary.
