Job summary

Piper Companies in Miami, FL is seeking an experienced Production Planner to manage site-level supply and scheduling for a growing pharmaceutical manufacturer and services provider. The role is onsite in Miami, reporting to the Global Supply Chain office.

Responsibilities include coordinating with Production, QC, and Warehouse, interfacing with Procurement, and ensuring launches and demo batches are scheduled accurately. Requires 5+ years in pharma manufacturing with Oracle experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience within Pharmaceutical Manufacturing/Packaging.
• Knowledge of MRP, MRP II or ASCP preferred.
• Ability to communicate across different locations and will report into Global Supply Chain office.

• Facilitate Supply needs at site level
• Collaborate with Production, QC, Warehouse etc to ensure succesful operational alignment
  • Interface with Procurement to align incoming matertial
• Troubleshoot pricing and support budget strategy and execution
• Utilize knowledge of FDA and GMP regulations to ensure compliance
• Ensure new product launches & demo batches are appropriately accounted for in the schedule

Qualifications include:

• 5+ years experience within Pharmaceutical Manufacturing/Packaging
• Hands on experience with Oracle or similar system
• Ability to communicate across different locations and will report into Global Supply Chain office
• Knowledge of MRP, MRP II or ASCP preferred
• B.S. required, Life Sciences preferred or related field/relevant experience

Compensation includes:

• Salary Range is $75,000-$85,000 depending on experience
