Qualifications

• Experience operating a startup community, founder group, coworking program, membership network, or ecosystem event series.
• Strong relationships within the startup community in Miami.
• Demonstrated partnership development, event coordination, or community growth experience.
• Excellent communication and ability to build trust across different stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities

• Map founder groups, coworking communities, startup events, investor networks, and ecosystem organizations in Miami.
• Build and manage relationships with community operators, organizers, founders, and local partners.
• Develop approved opportunities such as events, workshops, office hours, or introductory conversations.
• Identify founders considering a capital raise and confirm their interest before making introductions.
• Maintain accurate records of partner activity, founder context, feedback, and follow-up.
• Track which relationships and activities generate useful engagement.
• Share market insights that can improve our community and founder strategy.
