Job summary

Milam’s Markets Miami Springs is seeking dependable team members to provide friendly customer service on the sales floor and in the backroom. You’ll stock and rotate products according to planograms, maintain shelf organization, unload deliveries, and assist other departments as needed.

We value a positive attitude, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Retail or grocery experience is a plus, but we’ll train the right candidate who shows initiative and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or grocery helpful.
• Strong communication and friendly attitude.
• Ability to stand long periods and lift items.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and helpful customer service
• Stock and rotate products according to company standards
• Maintain shelf organization and planograms
• Assist with unloading deliveries and organizing the stockroom
• Clean and maintain sales floor and backroom areas
• Operate backroom equipment safely (pallet jack, baler, etc.)
• Assist other departments as needed
