You will work with on-air talent and Programming to develop content from concept through distribution, requiring newsroom instincts, quick adaptation and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Professional-level Spanish proficiency with strong cultural context.
• Minimum 2 years of professional television production experience.
• Working English proficiency for internal collaboration.
• Strong knowledge of Miami/South Florida news and audiences.
• Editorial, interview prep and research skills for timely content.

Responsibilities

• Create, edit, package and publish daily content for social media and broadcast.
• Identify moments from shows and craft platform-appropriate content.
• Produce and distribute podcast content and on-demand audio.
• Write headlines, captions, descriptions and supporting copy.
• Create graphics and visual assets for promotion.
• Schedule, publish and distribute content across platforms.
• Maintain editorial judgment for timely content.
• Monitor trends and opportunities for content.
• Operate control board for live and recorded programming.
• Coordinate show elements with on-air talent and teams.
• Record/edit audio and video for broadcast and digital use.
