Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is looking for a mid-level real estate transactions associate to join their Miami office. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions, focusing on managing deals and leading diligence reviews.

This role necessitates excellent communication skills and a JD from an ABA-accredited law school. Candidates must be licensed or eligible for a license in Florida, residing in South Florida prior to hire.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
• Licensed or eligible to become licensed to practice law in Florida.
• Reside in South Florida at or prior to the time of hire.
• Work in the Miami office at least three business days per week.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead diligence reviews for real estate transactions.
• Negotiate joint-venture agreements and commercial contracts.
• Handle purchase and sale transactions.
• Engage in real estate lending work on either borrower or lender side.
