Job summary

Echo Lounge Inc in Miami, FL seeks a friendly Pool Attendant to join our upscale venue. You will help keep the pool area safe and inviting, greet guests, assist with towel service, and support poolside food and beverage service in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

The role requires standing and working outdoors in Miami heat, delivering professional guest service, and collaborating with the team. CPR/First Aid is a plus; weekend and holiday shifts are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or guest-facing roles preferred.
• Strong customer service and friendly demeanor.
• Ability to stand/walk outdoors in Miami heat.
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.
• Flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Clear and professional communication with guests and staff.

Responsibilities

• Monitor pool area for guest safety and comfort.
• Set up and maintain poolside furniture, loungers, and umbrellas.
• Greet guests, assist towel service, and fulfill poolside requests.
• Enforce pool rules and safety guidelines in a professional and friendly manner.
• Maintain cleanliness of the pool deck, restrooms, and surrounding areas.
• Assist with poolside food and beverage service as needed.
• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or guest concerns to management.
