Job summary

Kw-Property-Management- is seeking a friendly Pool Attendant to maintain a clean and safe pool area for residents and guests at a luxury Miami property. The role focuses on hospitality, safety, and presentation in a warm, outdoor setting.

Responsibilities include greeting residents, setting up pool furniture, restocking supplies, enforcing rules, and coordinating with the team to ensure efficient service. This is an hourly, non-exempt position with hours determined by the property.

Qualifications

• Must communicate effectively with team members and guests.
• Experience in a luxury property or hotel is preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in a busy, fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrates a positive, can-do attitude at all times.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests and assist with entry/exit as needed.
• Set up umbrellas, lounge chairs, cabanas, side tables and pool equipment.
• Monitor and restock water dispensers and skin care products.
• Fold towels daily for residents.
• Enforce Association Rules and Regulations around the pool area.
• Report any malfunctioning equipment to the supervisor.
• Remove dirty towels and trash from pool area.
• Maintain and organize pool furniture.
