Qualifikationen

• Six or more years of residential or related code compliance experience.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Strong knowledge of safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedural manuals.
• Experience with budgets, forecasts, and financial management.
• Valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Operational and project management experience.
• Experience in overseeing code compliance inspections.
• Ability to evaluate Requests for Proposals, attend site meetings or converse with potential clients to develop a scope of services and cost estimates.
• Understand companies’ goals and execute accordingly.
• Understanding of human resource management principles, practices and procedures.
• Strong leadership skills; strong and proven work ethic.
• Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze and correct operational issues.
• Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language.
• Highly self-motivated, self-directed and attentive to detail.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.

• Lead the operational and strategic growth of the Building Inspections Department, driving performance, quality, profitability, and team success.
• Maintain a hands-on role in project delivery with approximately 40% billable field utilization, supporting inspections, client needs, and key project activities.
• Provide technical leadership and oversight for threshold inspections, private provider services, and code compliance activities.
• Mentor, develop, and grow a high-performing team while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, developers, architects, engineers, and municipal stakeholders.
• Support business development efforts by identifying growth opportunities, developing scopes and proposals, and expanding service offerings throughout the market.
• Ensure projects and department operations are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company quality standards and applicable regulatory requirements.
