Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years Ramp Supervisor experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of Ramp Operations.
• Leadership ability and coaching/discipline.
• Flexible to work various shifts.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Oversee QHSE at the station to reduce injuries, aircraft and equipment damage.
• Accountable for daily operations.
• Maintain and improve customer and company safety and quality standards.
• Maintain good relations with customers and airport authorities.
• Manage and control all staff assignments.
• Hold daily briefings with all levels of management.
• Provide support to front line management.
• Coach and train all employees to improve operations.
• Ensure workforce adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Summary

To efficiently and profitably manage and direct ramp activities by providing a safe, quality product covering a range of ground handling services to its customers.

The expected pay rate is $65,000-$67,000 yearly. Full-time employees are offered a range of health and wellness benefits as well as 401(k) with company match paid vacation time, sick time, and company paid holidays.
