Job Overview

This position involves assisting with construction and maintenance tasks on renewable energy projects. Responsibilities include operating tools, assisting with grading and excavation, and supporting heavy equipment operators. The role requires physical stamina, teamwork, and adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities
  • Report to and assist the supervisor with daily tasks.
  • Perform quality work following project specifications.
  • Manage tools and materials responsibly.
  • Work effectively as part of a team.
  • Measure distances, drive stakes, and stretch lines for grading.
  • Assist in earth leveling, pipe laying, and excavation preparations.
  • Support concrete work, including dumping and finishing.
  • Operate small power tools and assist heavy machinery operators.
  • Follow safety policies, including drug and alcohol policies.
  • Physical requirements: able to lift 50 lbs, work at heights, and endure extended periods on your feet.
Qualifications
  • Some experience in construction or general labor.
