Job summary

Vision Information Technology Consultants LLC seeks a Technical Expert to sustain and integrate complex Military Intelligence systems in national defense environments. You will perform installation, configuration, and alignment of intelligence platforms with high precision, while diagnosing sophisticated failures across SIGINT, GEOINT, HUMINT, FISINT, TECHINT and OSINT.

You will also use TMDE tools for troubleshooting, inspect RF and antenna systems, and manage lifecycles on classified networks

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 6 years MI integration experience.
• Ability to read schematics, drawings and architecture docs.
• Physical capability to lift 50 lbs and work in tactical environments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and integrate C4ISR systems across multi-domain ops.
• Install, configure, and align intelligence platforms with precision.
• Diagnose and resolve failures in SIGINT, GEOINT, HUMINT, FISINT, TECHINT, OSINT.
• Use TMDE tools for system-level troubleshooting and testing.
• Inspect and repair antenna systems, RF and fiber optics, using TMDE techniques.
• Manage hardware/software lifecycles on classified networks (NIPRNet, SIPRNet, JWICS, TDN2, SAP).
• Support platform integration for GRCS, TDCL, EMRSS, OGS, DCGS-A; contribute to training and docs.
• Ensure compliance with military standards and operational readiness.

You'll apply your advanced technical knowledge and diagnostic acumen to sustain and integrate complex Military Intelligence (MI) systems. In this role, precision, accountability, and deep subject-matter expertise are not just expected-they are essential.

What You'll Do

Technical Mastery & System Reliability

• Maintain and integrate cutting-edge C4ISR systems across multi-domain operations.
• Perform installation, configuration, and alignment of intelligence platforms with exacting precision.
• Diagnose and resolve complex failures across SIGINT, GEOINT, HUMINT, FISINT, TECHINT, and OSINT systems.

Hands-On Diagnostics

• Use advanced Test Measurement and Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE)-oscilloscopes, signal generators, spectrum analyzers-to execute system-level troubleshooting.
• Inspect and repair antenna systems, RF components, and fiber optic infrastructure using techniques such as TDR, harmonic distortion, and VSWR analysis.

Secure Network Support

• Manage hardware/software lifecycles on classified systems across NIPRNet, SIPRNet, JWICS, TDN2, SAP, and coalition networks.
• Execute de-militarization, reset, and fielding activities to sustain mission-readiness of national defense systems.

Operational & Mission Integration

• Support high-value platforms like GRCS, TDCL, EMRSS, OGS, and DCGS-A.
• Provide input to training programs, logistics coordination, and technical documentation-ensuring all work meets military compliance and operational readiness standards.

Required Skills & Experience

• Associate degree in Electronics or related discipline OR six (6) years equivalent military/civilian experience in MI system integration.
• Strong technical background in platforms such as TROJAN, GRCS, TDN2, and non-standard SIGINT systems.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret schematics, technical drawings, and system architecture documentation.
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs. and operate in confined or tactical environments.

Certifications & Security Clearance

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Active TS/SCI clearance based on Tier 5 Background Investigation (ICD 704 compliant).
• IAT Tier II certification required: Tier III preferred (waiver possible with valid Tier II).
• CI Polygraph may be required depending on assignment.
