Job summary

Hutchinson SA in Michigan is seeking a production associate to operate paint equipment such as an automatic paint machine, dip tank or walk-in booth. You will read and follow work instructions, verify that the correct components are on hand, and maintain a clean, safe work area.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety procedures, including wearing of all required personal protective equipment.
• Read and follow work instructions and procedures for the job.
• Verify proper components are at the work area before beginning.
• Operate an automatic paint machine (APM), dip tank or walk in booth (WIB) or any other piece of equipment for which trained.
• Inspect all parts produced for quality.
• Package and label parts correctly.
• Fill out completely all required paperwork for production and quality.
• Keep area clean and orderly, this includes aisle ways and areas around the equipment they are using.
• Attend Monthly Employee Meetings
• Perform any other duties assigned by Supervisor.
