Qualifications

• 3+ years of machine operator or manufacturing experience.
• Experience operating industrial machinery or automated equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues and production equipment.
• Knowledge of measuring tools including calipers, micrometers, and torque testers.
• Ability to use basic hand tools and mechanical equipment.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Ability to follow production instructions and technical procedures.
• Ability to stand, walk, kneel, and work around machinery for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operate industrial machinery and MI cable manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Monitor production processes to ensure output meets specifications and quality standards.
• Inspect raw materials and finished products to verify compliance with quality requirements.
• Adjust machine settings and production equipment for different cable sizes and product specifications.
• Record production data, quality checks, and machine performance information.
• Perform equipment changeovers, machine adjustments, and minor repairs when necessary.
• Identify mechanical or equipment issues and communicate with maintenance teams to minimize downtime.
• Test components and finished goods using Megohmmeter, Low resistance ohmmeter, Multimeter, Hi-Pot tester, Thermal imaging camera, Clamp meter.
• Prepare materials and components used by automation and production machinery.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production environment.
• Follow all manufacturing safety procedures and company policies.
