We are seeking a compassionate Mental Health Worker/Resident Aid to provide essential support and care to individuals struggling with mental health challenges in a supportive, dynamic environment.
Reinforce appropriate behavior, coping skills, support residents to overcome personal barriers, complete weekly evaluations (identifying short-term goals for the next week), record in-unit and group observations, assign points, and assist all in-unit staff.
No experience? We will train motivated and teachable, candidate in basic group facilitation, mini-caseload check-in and weekly evaluations.
