ABOUT THE JOB

As the Production Supervisor – Materials you will lead and supervise associates’ activities to ensure individual member goals are achieved in support of the team goals.

YOUR ROLE:

  • Supervise approximately 30 associates
  • Lead focus on safety and environmental initiatives
  • Develop, train and empower associates
  • Maintain and encourage focus on quality and customer service
  • Identify cost reduction opportunities
  • Interact as a liaison between other departments
  • Support new product launches
  • Manage resources to meet departmental goals
  • Enforce policies and procedures
  • Lead Associate through team concept and mentor growth in a fast-paced environment.
  • Develop team to grow and support business unit growth
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience in third party logistics
  • Hands-on leader with sense of urgency
  • Excellent coaching and teambuilding skills
  • Great problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience implementing lean initiatives and cost reduction skills
  • Strong ability to drive change

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in warehouse management

Fortune Brands believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is Hiring Pay Range: $60,000 USD - $99,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based sales incentive plan.
