Minimum Qualifications

• BLS Certification (American Heart Association)
• Certification in phlebotomy from an accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Participates in shift report by listening actively and clarifying patient care instructions with Charge Nurse
• Monitors and records vital signs (TPR, height, weight, I&O and BP) accurately and within time frames.
• Attends to the Activities of Daily Living of patients by assisting and/or supervising.
• Serves Meals, monitoring and recording dietary habits.
• Intervenes as appropriate with dietary needs and records intake of form, as instructed
