Job summary

DSV Henderson is seeking a training coordinator to organize and facilitate training activities at the site, ensuring every team member receives the necessary instruction to perform their roles effectively.

You will deliver on-the-job coaching, observe progress, maintain training plans, and report outcomes to leadership, while assisting with refresher sessions and performing warehouse duties when not training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience in logistics/distribution environment.
• Experience using WMS and RF scanners.
• Strong verbal and written communication for instruction.

Responsibilities

• Organize and facilitate site training activities.
• Provide on-the-job training and coaching to employees.
• Observe and evaluate associates to measure progress.
• Submit training plans with dates and areas trained.
• Attend staff meetings and provide refresher training as needed.
• Execute warehouse duties when not performing training.
• Document and track training for associates.
