Job summary

Torrey Holistics is seeking an Level II Technician to perform maintenance and repairs on LP and electric forklifts. You will handle PMs, fluid changes, filter replacements, valve adjustments, and battery maintenance.

The role requires basic mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic knowledge, ability to read manuals, and strong customer service skills. Expect outdoors work with lifting up to 75 lbs and occasional travel.

Qualifications

1-2 years of trouble shooting experience with electric or LP equipment.
Experience in basic repairs of electric or LP equipment.
Attachment repairs experience.
Basic electrical, LP, hydraulic systems, and DVOM knowledge.
Ability to read service manuals and follow instructions.
Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Perform PM services on LP and electric forklifts.
Fluid changes: engine oil, transmission fluid, differential gear lube, hydraulic fluid.
Replace filters: air, oil, fuel, ATF.
Perform tune ups: adjust valves, replace spark plugs/wires.
Brake and riser adjustments; wheel bearing inspection/repacks.
Inspect and water forklift batteries on schedule; battery work as needed.
Paint touch ups and attachment repairs; parts like horns/lights/tires.
Electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical troubleshooting; DVOM usage.
