Job Overview

- Responsible for pulling orders, preparing for outbound shipment, loading and unloading freight accurately, inspection, and other warehouse-related duties.

- Ensure all products are accurately pulled and over-packed correctly to customer expectations.

What will you enjoy doing (duties/tasks):

1. Safely operate forklift and other material handling equipment (MHE) including sit-down, reach truck, cherry picker, layer pick, etc., along with completing daily forklift inspection sheets prior to operation.
2. Load inbound and outbound freight to and from vehicles and containers. Sort outbound freight based on carrier lane assignments.
3. Accurately pull orders based on location, part number, batch, and quantity. Placard, weigh, and record dimensions on appropriate paperwork. Over-box pallets, wrap pallets, and strap pallets in preparation for shipment.
4. Perform cleanup activities in the work area to ensure safety and cleanliness of the dock. Keep shipping supplies organized and communicate supply needs.
5. Complete other duties or tasks as assigned.
