Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health care administration, business administration, or related area with at least 2 years of related professional experience.
• Demonstrated ability to work with people in a professional and respectful manner.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and online technologies; familiarity with student information systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage marketing, outreach, and recruitment activities for the MHA program to support enrollment growth and applicant quality.
• Lead and coordinate recruitment events, information sessions, and regional outreach with the Graduate School.
• Develop and execute the program's marketing plan in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with the Graduate School on recruitment events and information sessions.
• Coordinate with the Program Director to plan events including student orientation and advisory board meetings; manage logistics and communications.
• Provide academic advising and guide applicants through curriculum, prerequisites, and enrollment processes.
• Compile and monitor enrollment metrics to support planning and quality improvement.
• Maintain program records and lead communications with internal and external stakeholders via social media and newsletters.
• Participate in admissions review and work with admissions staff to ensure timely responses to inquiries.
• Offer input for policy development and participate in graduate handbook updates.
